Just a few days from the excitement, we want to help you prepare to celebrate College Colors Day on Friday, August 30. Think of College Colors Day as an excuse for a tailgate party, a friendly inter-office competition between rival schools, or a fun way to get psyched to support the school that’s brought you so much joy.
No matter the reason, be sure to celebrate with us and America’s 190 million college football fans this College Colors Day by sporting your team’s apparel. Participating is very simple: On College Colors Day/August 30, we encourage your staff to wear college gear and celebrate the new season by following this checklist:
- Encourage your staff to wear their college colors on Friday, August 30.
- Register your organization for College Colors Day 2013. Each registered organization is entered to win $500 towards a company tailgate party.
- Encourage your staff to pledge for their favorite school in the 2013 College Colors Day Spirit Cup competition. The winning school gets $10,000 towards its general scholarship fund.
- Spread the word, especially through social media. Urge others to register and sport their college gear to support College Colors Day!
